How we handle corrections
- Same-day for anything that could send someone to the wrong place. A wrong number, a dead link, a mis-stated reporting duty. It comes down immediately, then gets fixed.
- Within ten working days for everything else.
- Openly. We fix the page and note what changed and when. We do not quietly edit.
- We say if we disagree. If we look into something and stand by what we published, we will tell you that and why, rather than ignore you.
