This page is for questions about the project — media, partnerships, corrections, privacy and accessibility. It is not a way to report a concern about a child, and we have deliberately built it so that it cannot be.
If your message is about a child, do not send it here.
This inbox is checked periodically and we aim to reply within ten working days. That is far too slow for a concern about a child, and we have no power to protect anyone. The routes below answer in minutes.

In Ontario the duty to report under s.125 of the CYFSA is personal and cannot be delegated — you must report directly to a society yourself, and you must not rely on anyone else, including us, to report on your behalf. Telling us is not reporting.

We aim to reply within ten working days. If something is time-sensitive, it almost certainly needs a service with capacity we do not have — the directory is a better starting point than we are.
